Q1::Why do people usually think positively about themselves but negatively about others?
Ans:: Basicly all human have a nature that called "ego". They always think that everything that they do is the best, better, more correct than others did. Sometimes, we just see something from our own “glasses”, while we know that something right for us is not mean good for others as well.
Q2:: What can you do to get a better understanding of what other people are really like?
Ans:: When we want to get better understanding of others, first we have to know them, how are their cultures, their characters, and then build the good communication with them. Everything will be alright when we try to know with others. Most important, don’t allow our self to be negative to the differences that exist in each other.

BalasHapusHi, I read all your homework posts : ) I'll just comment on this one for now. On the second question, it would read better as "First we have to get to know them, what their cultures are like..."; no 'the' before good communication; "understand others" instead of 'know with others'. "ourselves" instead of our self; and "negative about the differences..."
